We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
If the product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.
